Firstly a very Happy New Year to all of you for 2024, I hope you all had a wonderful celebration and enjoyed the festive period. One of my favourite highlights to kick start the New Year was attending the wonderful Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the historic Royal Albert Hall, London.

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by John Rutter is always an incredible treat, particularly if enjoyed in an intimate Loggia Box, a wonderful way to view such a spectacular musical performance. The music was just magical, and gazing at the stunning views of the Royal Albert Hall is simply mesmerising. The audience always look amazed when they hear the sounds of the organ and orchestra.

During the Christmas Celebration we had the pleasure of enjoying some Audience Christmas Carols such as O Come, all ye Faithful, The First Nowell, God rest you merry, gentlemen, Star Carol and The Twelve Days of Christmas, finalised with the powerful Hark! the herald angels sing. It was just wonderful singing together, incredibly moving it did reduce you to happy tears, the music was utterly perfect.

The atmosphere and ambiance of The RPO really does impress and a must visit when in London, it’s perfect for all music enthusiasts, and for those with a passion for historic venues to see.

Thank you for the experience and thank you for the music! We are looking forward to returning to review more spectacular shows in 2024. The perfect way to spend a musical evening in town!

Thank you ever so much for reading this post, and we hope that you’re inspired to venture into London and visit any performance The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra has to give, please visit their website on rpo.co.uk for future events!
