CODE Beautiful was created by two women on a mission to find the perfect mascara. I was lucky enough to win a year’s supply of this brilliant mascara on Twitter.
I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the product, not only is the packaging easy on the eye and unique in design, the mascara itself is very impressive. The tube was nice and thick so it’s great value for money and will last for a long time.
The mascara itself is a luscious glossy black and fibre based with a brush which gives full lift and volume. The wand is thick which is something I like in a mascara wand as it makes it easier to apply.
For somebody who has rather small eyelashes, Code Beautiful’s product lengthened them and volumized without clumping which is always a bonus. The brush is nice and thick, which is exactly how I like mascara wands to be and easy to apply.
Follow the Code Secret of
ROOTS: Pop the brush on your lashes as close to the root as you can.
WRIGGLE: Give the brush a good wriggle back and forth a few times.
ROLL the brush from root to tip.
