Smashbox Double Exposure Palette

This innovative eyeshadow palette features 14 shadows that uniquely transform in to 28 shades just by adding water. You’re able to turn up vibrancy by dampening your brush to create a deeper shade, transforming a shadow into a metallic or sparkle!

I love that this palette was inspired by a real photography technique called ‘multiple exposure. This palette is all about that power of transformation -Davis Factor, Smashbox Founder and Photographer

The Palette contains the following shades:

  • Silver -Turns Metallic
  • Mauve -Turns Metallic
  • Peony -Turns Metallic
  • Blanc -Turns Metallic
  • Quartz -Amps up vibrancy
  • Flushed -Gets Deeper
  • Veiled -Amps up vibrancy
  • Midnight -Adds Sparkle
  • Temper -Adds Sparkle
  • Haze -Gets Deeper
  • Noir -Gets Deeper
  • Copper -Turns Metallic
  • Fig -Gets Deeper
  • Espresso – Gets Deeper

Temper is a favourite from the palette as it’s a warming satin purple which adds sparkle, ever so pretty. Mauve and Peony are beautiful lighter shades especially when they turn metallic after being dampened. Copper, Fig and Expresso are great for contouring the eye.

Be Legendary Lipsticks

From left to right

Chestnut – A deep warm brown colour

Sunset Junction –A orange brown shade

Latte Matte –A beige matte shade

My favourite shade of all is Chestnut, it is so warming and such a fantastic shade combined with this beautiful palette. I often find you have to mix different deeper shades to create the perfect one, with Chestnut I didn’t have to mix it. A perfect shade if you are a brunette looking for a go to darker shade.

Latte Matte is great for lighter haired women, it’s a great day lipstick. Sunset Junction is has an orange tint, it’s certainly bold and for those who dare to wear!
