Omar Mansoor AW16 L’art Vivante Collection
Talented designer Omar Mansoor showcased his AW16 collection at the AMBA Charing Cross hotel and also at Top Model Worldwide at The London Hilton Metropole.
The collection named L’art Vivante was inspired by 20th Century Italien heiress Marchesa Casati and her influence was captured on the catwalk showcasing elegant gowns, Koya silks, and velvet fabrics.
The first design showcased here is a full length luxurious laced gown which really is quite the showstopper.

If you’re looking for a great dress with lace detailing this Sheath Dress with a special Lace Effect is a gorgeous one from Esprit. It’s a shorter option with laced detailing.
For length you could opt for a Jersey Maxi Dress which nips in at the waist just beautifully like the dress I’m wearing above.
This stunning grey gown was tailored to fit my frame, wonderful to have a dress which fits so perfectly.
The second dress I’m wearing here is a beautiful velvet dress which is a gorgeous shorter option for a Summers evening. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear, the feminine flattering shape really accentuates the female form.

Velvet fabrics are great to wear in colder months as well as on breezy Summer days.
Another option is this Velvety Soft Leather Dress, the dark khaki version is a similar shade to the one showcased.
Team grey shades with pretty sparkly heels, I have chosen a golden shade to warm up the colour of the dress to match my makeup and jewellery worn.
The final outfit showcased here is a beautiful grey pencil skirt and faux-fur top. Combining two very different fabrics creates a very unique overall look.

This outfit would be an excellent one for the office during the day as it’s chic, sophisticated and slightly quirky.
You could try this figure shaping jersey pencil skirt in grey teamed with a faux fur top.
